How To Fit The Protector and Enforcer To A Wheel - Method Two

Bullet Fit to a Wheel in about one minute.

Step 1 Step 2
Steel Shield standing in front of a Wheel. Pass the Chain through the two top holes in the Steel Shield.
Stand the Steel Shield in front of the Wheel. Place the Chain through the two top holes in the Steel Shield.
NB: Step 2 - We suggest to save you a few seconds while fitting place a piece of coloured tape or twist a short piece of wire around the middle link of the Chain. This will enable you to quickly centralize the Chain in the centre of the Steel Shield.

Step 3 Step 4
Pass the Chain over and under the vehicles springs or tubular frame on the left side of the Wheel. Pass the Chain over and under the vehicles springs or tubular frame on the right side of the Wheel.
Pass the Chain over and under the vehicle's springs or tubular frame on the left side. As per Step 3 repeat the same procedure on the right side.

Step 5 Step 6
Pass both ends of the Chain through the bottom hole on either side of the Steel Shield. Place the supplied Padlock through a link on either side of the Chain as close to the Steel Shield as possible.
Pick up the left end of the Chain and pass it through the bottom left side hole.

Repeat the same on the right side.
Grip both ends of the Chain and pull to make the Chain taut. Then place the supplied Padlock through a link on either side of the Chain keeping the Chain as tight as possible. It is that simple... But extremely secure.
NB: Step 6 - We recommend you try to ensure the Chain is as tight as possible before locking the Padlock. Due to the overall design if the Chain is a little slack it is ok. Once you have fitted the Wheel Clamp a few times you will find your own method to keep the Chain tight before locking the Padlock.

Please Note: For a few reasons we recommend using method one mainly to keep the Padlock off the ground. If you use method two, when locking the Padlock position the Chain so the Padlock is on top as seen in the picture of step 6.

How To Remove Protector and Enforcer From A Wheel - Method Two

Bullet Remove from a Wheel in about 20 seconds.

Step 1 Step 2
Remove the Padlock. Remove the Chain from the two bottom holes in the Steel Shield and from around the vehicles springs or tubular frame.
Remove the Padlock. Remove the Chain from the two bottom holes in the Steel Shield and from around the vehicle's springs or tubular frame. That's it...
Please Note: To save you time when fitting the Wheel Clamp to the Wheel leave the Chain through the two top holes.

We Suggest: As the whole system weighs Protector 8kg or Enforcer 10.5kg leave both ends of the Chain through the two top holes in the Steel Shield. Lock the Padlock to both ends of the Chain. Then lift the Steel Shield with one hand and with the other hand gather up the Chain. Then take the Steel Shield, Chain and Padlock to where you are going to keep them when it is not protecting your towable or drivable Vehicle. This method ensures all components are kept together.
